Unpleasant delivery services

I've never had such bad services from a delivery company as I did with Mr D Delivery today. I had to place the order for my food twice today and both times it was canceled due to the driver not going to the right address as per the GPS on the app. I called Mr. D offices both times to get assistance, for the delivery driver to deliver at the right address as I gave special instructions both times when I placed the orders. The call centre agents are not helpful at all and when I tried calling the driver I got through to an unknown number of a woman that answered the phone. I would rate Mr D Delivery a big ZERO if I were to rate them.
