******** deduction

An amount of R 194.36 was deducted from my account, I did not order anything. Asked for a purchase receipt and to advise asap what should be done? Mail was sent on the 7th of July 2020. Complaint - #***0

Bank statement was send on the 9th of July 2020 as requested to resolve the problem.

Second complaint has been logged "Complaint - #***2" as nothing has been done regarding this matter.

3rd complaint regarding the very same matter. Its ******** to deduct money and no be able to provide a purchase receipt.

The service regarding this matter is shocking and not acceptable.

MR Delivery takes no pride in resolving clients queries. Its now the 16th July 2020 and still the matter has not been resolved. All i keep getting told "No feedback has been received from our finance department as yet" . AS YET IS NOT DOES NOT CUT IT.
