Unhelpful pathetic service delivery from Byron - Mr Delivery call centre

I'm displeased by Byron from the call centre at Mr Delivery. Today I placed an order for Nandos and the app does not allow you to choose livers well done. I called the call centre an Byron answered and when I asked him to place a special instruction to make my livers well done he said that the app does allow me and I had to call nandos directly to make this special instruction. He did not seem interested to help me at all! This makes no sense because I called nandos and they were not able to assist me with Mr Delivery orders. They could only assist me with direct orders to the store. It was very frustrating because I had made this request numerous times through Mr Delivery and there was no problem before with Mr Delivery sending a special instruction after I had placed my order. Surprise surprise, when I called the Mr Delivery call centre again I spoke to a lovely lady named Mandisa who had no problem assisting me with this special instruction. I don't think Mr Delivery should have individuals in the call centre who are not willing to assist customers! Very unhappy!
