UNHAPPY **** SERVICE

On the 30 September, I have placed an order on the MR D app and they had a promotion running,according to the add "Happy Hour from 4-6pm buy one get one free" i placed my order for "Bin Rashied" when my meal arrived there was only 1 meal, then i had to query about the "Free meal" and after numerous occasions of me having to call in the supervisor eventually gets to the call and undermines me for saying that the resturant apparently has informed them that it is not buy 1 get 1 free and that she would give a R50 discount for the inconvenience which as today is the 02/10/2019 and no email or reply or voucher has been sent to my email to confirm, i do believe this app should be closed down as it is just problematic and causes havoc as this would not be my first time complaining about the **** service from MR D.
