unhappy customer who got ****med by your driver

hey.

My order number is dfd***. I placed an order today around 14:47 and i was told it will be delivered by 15:30, by 15:07 i received a call from a driver called king and said he downstairs i must come and collect my order. I told him to leave the food with the security as i was in the meeting, as soon as i was done with my meeting i went downstairs to get my order and for the security to tell me nothing has been delivered. Now i trying to get hold of the driver but he's not picking up. I tried to get help from me d but the lady by Ntombekaya.T, told me to wait 15 min but after 15 min i send her a email and told her that i didn't receive my food. Can someone from management help me coz i am not getting any help from your staff.
