Unhappy customer of Mr Delivery and it's incompetant call center agents

Yesterday after 4PM I ordered a Large Pizza (collection) from Westgate Malls debonairs. 5 minutes after realizing that it was not delivery, I called Mr Delivery. After the 5th consultant put me through to a number that doesn't exist I was told that they can't change the order to delivery and was told that I will only receive 50% of my money back if I decide to cancel the order and to call debonairs. When I called debonairs I was then told to call Mr deliver again. I asked to speak to a manager and was advised that there is no manager. Then I received a call stating that the manager will call me back. I waited another hour and received no call. I managed to get a lift to Debonairs and was advised that they can't help me because the driver came to fetch the pizza already. Nobody could tell me why they fetched the pizza when I selected collection. I proceeded to give Debonairs all the evidence that I ordered the pizza and the order still showed that it needed to be collected. The staff at Debonairs were very rude and showed no empathy for my situation. The manager at Debonairs tried to help but only when my sister and her ***friend came to see why they were taking so long to help me. I eventually got my Pizza after 8PM. This is almost 5 hours later.
