Unhappy customer

Placed an order paying with a card using the same address since 2018 but for some reason the driver got lost in the mall couldn't even ask the securities where is my address...they cancelled the order and billed me the full amount coz I was not reachable... yesterday my order was delivered to the same address but today they couldn't locate my address...I spoted the driver and he told me he can't gv me my order coz he already cancelled it
