Unhappy customer

I ordered groceries from mr D pick and pay and my expected turn around time was 12:26 and the order was made 11:26 and I only bought 6 iteams it’s already 13:05 and we are still waiting and when I check the app the order is not yet collected. The sad part is I payed and I’m with a new born at home expecting this order since I can’t physically get them at the stores. I’m really disappointed and will make sure to worn everyone about this pathetic treatment and poor poor poor service
