Unhappy customer

I am writing rhis with the utmost dissatisfaction...I placed a order on Mr D at 17:50....it was sitting on picking ur items till bow 19:30...bo one called me to explain anything regarding the delay....until I had to phone everywhere and message everyone to get told there is a delay ..till bow nothing ..no delivery....I could gave ordered from various stores and didn't but chose to order from Pnp.....things that I needed to make supper for my kids....this is not acceptable .Mt order no : GROC***....it was quick to sedeuct my money from account though ..no service delivery or client care ..I want feedback as to what transpired here : *** or ***
