Unhappy client

I placed the order without noticing it had to be collected, I was in Cape Town at the time and wanted to order food for my brother in Kimberley. KFC said I must contact Mr Delivery. Now Mr Delivery says they can not assist me, this is just ****ed up!!!!!!! They can not refund me nor can I get the food at KFC, I paid for the food for **** sake!
