Unhappy and embarrassed by Mr Delivery

I am so disappointed in Mr Delivery..i made a order yesterday. The system gave a time out error while they busy deducting my money. I received no food...i called the call centee they said they will credit the the money to my credit wallet so i can make another order. I habe still not received anything. When i called again, they said the money was reversed to my account, which o to date still not received. So i sat without money and without food.

I feel this is very unprofessional. If a person order something on Mr delivery it doesn't mean they have money to do another order immediately. You do not know people circumstances for you to say place another order. If the fault is on your side you should be able to rectify the problem immediately.
