Unfair customer service

Very disappointed that I was unable to receive my food or refund. The delivery guy was 20mins early and there was no one at the house, received a call to say it is not a problem I will receive a refund. When calling the call center I was advised that no refund or food would be delivered as you need to be at the delivery address, regardless of the time of delivery. I will no longer be using Mr delivery, nor would I advise anyone else
