Unfair and disorganized service from Mr Delivery!!!!

**** service!!!! Ordered 2 coffee’s as I could not get away from work , driver arrives with 2 empty cups expecting me to accept this! I told him no I would like another please and can’t accept, they then just cancelled my order and never issued me a refund and they are the ones who cancelled on me. I would have been happy enough to give it another try. To add they also send an email saying it was cancelled and please reply to this email, when you reply it says we not responding to this email anymore. Useless!!!!
