Undelivered Sauce and No refunds

On the 04 September 2026 we placed an order and have not received the bottle sauces in our order. I called the call center and was mentioned I will be refunded it's been a week later nothing

I then used the wattsapp and no response to date R59 x 3 in this day is not small change. I do not blame the driver but whoever pack the food.
