Unclear menu, then no admittance of fault.

Unclear menu. Ordered Burgers from Moo Moo's Rooihuiskraal, that showed up without the buns because the 'discription' on the app does not state it comes with a bun. I didn't know burgers don't include the buns. Having the option to choose your 'BREAD' to be either; sesame seed, pita bread or naked. Assuming a 'Naked' bread meant a plain bun without sesame seeds etc. But not knowing the latest health crazes, not knowing Naked meant NO bun for the carb free customers, and not a 'normal bun' we paid full price for a piece of patty, relish and sauce. I know burgers as having a BUN, no bun is NOT a burger, but closer to a salad. Both the Restaurant and Mr D claimed no responsibility, but they will review my request to change the details on the app. No compensation. Just a 'review to change', not an actual change or admittance that this is confusing. Very angry and disappointed at both businesses.
