Unbelievably terrible app and service

Useless app and call center agents. I placed my order with Nandos and was informed via the app that it would take about 45min. I waited for over 1hr and suddenly my order was canceled because “it could not be delivered.” Called the Mr Delivery call center and was told that Nandos was out of stock of Chicken. Wow. I ended up calling the same Nandos and ordering in person to then go and collect.
