Unbelievable customer service!!

I never thought I'd write this review.

I had never had any issues with this app, but this is a **** experience!!

I placed an order and a few minutes later it shows delivered. Confused I went outside looking for the driver, nothing at all.

Another view at my app, shows 2 orders placed, one cancelled and one delivered. No food received, money deducted. Utter nonsense and unacceptable!!

This is one of the few reasons why I don't want to use this damn app in my life again!!

Quick to take your money but takes efforts getting assistance and help.
