Unauthorized payment deducted by Mr. D

Mr. Delivery deducted an amount of R89.90 from my bank account on 22 June 2023 around 19h30 without my consent or ordering anything. I logged a complaint via their website on 23 June 2023 and provided them with everything they required. I have been waiting ever since for my money or the outcome of their findings. I communicated with Phambili.N and Charl.M regarding this matter. My case number is #***7

I would like to be refunded my money because no one wants to pay for nothing. That R89.90 is mine, they don't have any right to deduct in people's account for no reason.
