unacceptable servixe

My husband and I decided at 5:24pm on the 31 March 2015 to order spur through mr delivery. We order early as Mr delivery orders always take about 2 hours to be delivered. We couldn't get through to the ballito branch but got conceded automatically to the call centre. Who then said they can place the order. Ballito will phone me to confirm time. 30 min later still no call from ballito. So I phoned call centre again. She said the computer froze but the order has gone through now. Then 20 minuted later when order should be well on the way I recieve a call from a cell number (ballito branch) saying ballito can not process food orders... so are the staff sitting doing nothing all night...
