Unacceptable Service

Sometimes it's life that you have at least one bad experience and then you let it slip... But this is now the 3rd time in a row and it's shocking. From orders being arrived wrong, drinks being spilled once arrived and then when items aren't in the package on arrival. We pay for a delivery fee and a drivers tip... For what? Unacceptable service. Then when items are missing, you get a coupon for the product - all good and well. But now it will cost me again to spend money on a delivery fee and drivers tip. Where I honestly don't want to use Mr Delivery anymore. I don't mind driving myself, it's just sometimes you rely on a delivery when you are exhausted from working in your own life etc.
