UNACCEPTABLE PAYMENT BEFORE CHECKING OUT AND NOT PROVIDING ME A REFUND???

Mr Delivery gladly took money off my card without me checking out! I spoke to an agent who confirmed the order did not go through but cannot process a refund????? No credit to my account! No refund! NO goods even! No order history!! Just money taken, admission of money taken and zero resolve? Absolutely crazy for almost over R600!
