Unacceptable Mr D service

Unfortunately, Mr D has seriously dropped the ball this time. We ordered food from Smokey Joe's in Potchefstroom. The food was really unpleasant. I rated the food on Mr D, with no reply, except for the automatic response that someone will look into it within a "jiffy". Please understand, as much as I wasted my money, this is not about the money. It's about the principle of delivering the service you promised; not meeting expectations and leaving the customer hanging. This is unacceptable. Don't come with all this marketing and promises and then you can't live up to it and fail to deliver.
