Unacceptable behavior from driver

UNACCEPTABLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE: A CASE OF EGREGIOUS INCOMPETENCE

I am OUTRAGED and DISGUSTED by the utterly INEPT behavior of the driver who arrived at our office with my order. Despite my receptionist being stationed at the door and clear instructions being provided, the driver FAILED to follow basic protocols.

A SEQUENCE OF EVENTS EXPOSING THE DRIVER'S INCOMPETENCE

1. Initial Failure: Upon arrival, the driver IMMEDIATELY sent a message through the app stating "looking for you" and began calling me, despite clear instructions being provided for this address. 2. Ignoring Instructions: I was stuck in a meeting and requested the driver to follow the set instructions, which were rewritten for clarity. Instead of complying, the driver REPEATEDLY sent the same "looking for you" message. 3. Unprofessional Conduct: When I stepped out of my meeting and called the driver to provide clear directions, he EXPLODED in a fit of rage, SHOUTING at me to come down and claiming he didn't know where I was. This behavior is TOTALLY unacceptable. 4. Confrontation: When I met the driver, he was FUMING, aggressively shaking the bag of food in front of my face. This level of HOSTILITY and UNPROFESSIONALISM is UNHEARD OF.

CONCLUSION

The driver's behavior was ABSOLUTELY appalling, and I demand that immediate action be taken to address this EGREGIOUS failure of service. The attached chat log will serve as evidence of the driver's INCOMPETENCE. I expect a FULL apology and a COMPREHENSIVE plan to prevent such incidents in the future. ANYTHING LESS is UNACCEPTABLE.
