unacceptable and no accountability

absolutely atrocious service. Ordered from them twice as they couldn't get the first order right and they still messed up the second one. No response to any complaints or reimbur*****t. Under these strict lockdown conditions you would think Mr D takes more pride in their work. If I could rate them on Negative stars I would No wonder people are using their competition Uber eats more and more. Its really pathetic!!!
