Unacceptable

The Driver picked up our food at McDonald's east rand he got lost following a GPS which took him back too his first customer please note our food was also in his bike then he only realised someone was wrong and stopped to re install his GPS by the time he came our food was ice cold which was horrible and a waste of money. Please we would like feedback on how this will be retified cause R600 is alot of money just too eat cold food for that amount of money you deserve at least warm food.
