*****ulent transactions

There was ***** done in my account and MrD have now refused to investigate the matter stating they cannot ‘find’ the transactions. I have sent my bank statement, my transaction history, the proof on the app. Yet they still claim they don’t see R5000!!! Taken from my account! This is appalling I have been going back and forth with customer service with no clear direction there is not one direct person who has take my complaint seriously. DO NOT trust this app they allow ***** to be done on your account and turn a blind eye as they cannot account for the SECURITY of transactions!!!
