Uber eats is far better then Mr Delivery

Mr Delivery is DISGUSTING In the way they do their deliveries and in the way they handle their customers through the call centre. My husband and I received the wrong order, due to the fact that that the Mr D driver had just picked up any packet, without checking the order number on it and gave it to us. We have now for three solid days been explaining our situation to several people on the Mr D call centre service. We have sent through photo' of the wrong order as proof and no one seems to be helpful only referring us to the next person. My husband and I can't seem to understand what is so hard about this!
