I placed an order , they took the money from my account..... the order did not register on the app..... when I called.... had to phone about 5times before I got an answer , and then eventually when I got an answer , I was told the order doesn't reflect on their side.... I must speak to my bank? But the money has gone off my account, they took the money...... but the order doesn't reflect????? R300 lost and no order.... the attitude of the lady I spoke too was disgusting.... she didn't give too ****s to be honest..... Anyway, will not be using their services again... and will continue to fight for my money back! Bunch of scanners if you ask me!
