I placed an order for delivery with KFC, the driver got lost and was rude when he phoned. We then phoned him back and sent him a pin location. Now I lost my money to something I never received and I'm still not refunded. Basically Mr. D Food now blames me for the rude driver that didn't deliver the food. It's really ****ty service.
