Twice in one day

Mr Delivery has gone down the drain. First, they deliver my Takealot package to a wrong address - about 10 kilometers away from the address given - to a random receptionist. And now, I'm completely disgusted by what has happened tonight. I order my dinner before leaving work as I am having a week from hell and want to get to bed as early as possible. My order is placed at 17h49. I get a notification to say the driver is close at 18h27. I get a notification about 15 minutes later saying the driver is here. Wait - nothing happens. I receive a call from Mr D, asking if I received my order, I say no. He says he has tracked the driver and she is INSIDE my complex, he'll find out what is happening. I get a notification at 19h12 - saying that my order has been cancelled. I then receive another call - stating that the driver could not locate the given address. I have ordered from Mr D and had it delivered to my house 20+ times - without any problems. I then get called to ask if I would like a replacement meal or a refund. I am starving, I have no dinner, my early night has gone out the window and "they'll see what they can do regarding a replacement meal" I am done with Mr Delivery and I will make sure that everyone knows about this *********** service on all media platforms. I'm fed up with this bad service! This review doesn't even deserve one star. And what will happen now? I'll get feedback saying "we're sorry for the inconvenience - we will investigate the matter" followed by "we do apologize" and that will be the end of it.
