Trash application , trash drivers and Trash service

The only consistency at Mr delivery is terrible service . If it’s not rude unprofessional drivers it’s mishandled orders or freezing application. I recently made an order which was marked as delivered but never arrived. I had to contact the help center 5 times before any resolution could be found which at the end needed me to wait 5 days for a refund to be processed because they couldn’t fulfill the order . Overall all round TRASH service
