Train your call centre staff to care!!

I first got disconnected from the WhatsApp chat by Anzonia after giving all my details and pictures. I then had the most rude and uncaring attitude from Lilitha who insisted on more pictures after I told her that I did send pictures. I was promised a call back after I sent pictures but had to call 2 more times to which I heard she was on another call and she'll be given the message, an hour later she calls me to say that she is refunding me only a portion of what I paid. By this time the shops were closed and I was left with nothing to eat. This is not the first time that I have received p*ss poor service from Mr D, I have deleted my Mr D app and will never use your service again
