Total reap off_unprofessiona driver and bad service by Mr delivery

I am very dissapointed with Mr deliver for the 4th unsuccessful delivery when its a late delivery or night delivery because we struggle with network.I didn't mind the other deliveries being unsuccessful because the fault was on my side,they couldn't reach me because of network but I saw countless attempts from the driver as to why they were not able to reach me but their effort to try reach me was out of this world until this lady that was no show at all yesterday with my food.According to my clock she called me at 19:41 and then Pedro's called at 19:43 and I returned the call at 19:46 to actually meet the driver where they are and she hung up on me.My concern is I was outside my house the whole time in a car and between 19:30 till 20:06 and there was no car that seemed to have came to deliver cause I even asked the driver what is she seeing outside and she couldn't give me an answer.My concern is Mr delivery is happy to tell us we forfeit our delivery but they refused for me to fetch my food on my own expense ,my concern is where do our food go and why can't we get a compensation of our food or a time period to fetch our food then they keep their delivery? Why are they condoning their drivers that it's okay to make our families sleep hungry because they know if delivery is unsuccessful they get to keep our food and delivery money?

I am not happy and I want my food money,they can keep the delivery fee but not my food money if anything I want my food ,I can go back to pedros to fetch my food they couldn't deliver as stale as they are let it be my choice what I do with my food..
