Took 2hours to deliver my groceries from a picknpay that's 10km away

If I could these people a zero I would. I ordered groceries on the Mr delivery in langebaan app for picknpay groceries. This order was received at 12:12pm but I received no groceries until I had to contact the Mr delivery call centre number which informed me that they Mr delivery in langebaan hadn't assigned a driver for my delivery. I only received my groceries at 14:30pm. The driver was kind enough to ask their office to give me a call. They called with an attitude giving excuses and not so much as an apology. I'm soo disappointed with the Mr delivery in langebaan
