Told order delivered when it was not

<p>Told delivery had been accepted/delivered when we had not received our order. We had paid by credit card and now assumed someone else had our delivery. We were unable to get through to your call centre to lay the complaint. Your driver fortunately arrived later but the food was not packed properly and arrived in a pathetic state with the food squashed and all over the place. Until we are informed about how it has been resolved we will NOT be using Mr. Delivery again and will be telling others not to use Mr. delivery. However if you take the time and effort to resolve it we can recommend you and your swift action dealing with it.</p> <p>Kind Regards,<br />Leandra Methven</p>
