Tipping before ordering is stupid!!!

They could be a really good delivery service, but they do not care about the customer's experience. The fact that you have to tip BEFORE the driver even delivers your food is stupid. I prefer to tip in cash, but then the driver will sometimes spit in my food if I do not include a tip up front. It is ridiculous. We should only ever have to tip AFTER the food and service has been provided. At least then the driver does not expect us to pay them more than Mr. D themselves BEFORE they have showed us what they deserve.
