This app should be terminated and discontinued!

The worst, frustrating, ****ty service ever!! I ordered on Mr D 20/09/2024 at 17:30 and waited for my order estimated time of delivery was 18:17 I had to leave work and go check my order spent 15 minutes waiting outside waiting for delivery and no one came. I asked the securities and no delivery guy had come. I called Mr D to enquire they said they will call me back about the issue I went back up to work. At every chance my phone was with me waiting for a call. After an hour I called them again enquiring what is happening because my food was not delivered they promised to call me and they did not. We verified my details and they kept quiet stayed on the line waiting for them, their line was ****ty I don’t know if they put me on hold or what but they did not get back after being a stupid on the phone with no response for 20 minutes I ended the call and had to go back to work. After work I went to Pedros to enquire what is happening about my order because I did not receive it. With their assistance we called the driver he answered and said he is not around after asking about the order he said he will check and mind you it was 4 hours later already he then proceeded to cancel the call, his name is Alex by the way and this is his contact number ***. We tried to escalate the issue with Mr D they directed us to customer services and they disconnected the call. We called again this time around the Pedros worker spoke to them escalating the matter and they did the same thing. I tried one last time they also did the same thing transferring the call and not talking after which is the worst and ****ty service ever!! You know you received a call regarding a service or a complaint and not answering the call why?? Mr D is this the best you can do?? I am so shattered I have sent numerous complaints on the app waiting for feedback. I definitely do not recommend this app and if I could I would not give any stars at all they don’t deserve ANYTHING!!!!
