*******! WORST SERVICE!!!

I have been struggling since Sunday 3 May 2020 to get a response from these guys. I paid for an order via eft and just as the money left my account and the order confirmed message came up an error message came up that said oops something went wrong with your order and a refund will be done immediately. I don't even have an order number cause the message with my order number disappeared so quickly. This is seriously the worst service ive gotten from these guys and I have ordered from them previously a few times. Today is day 4 of not having my refund and ive got three reference numbers for queries that ive submit in some or other way. When I phone i choose option 3/5 for payment queries and then the line just goes dead. My question mow is how do businesses get in touch with them if they have a problem?

I dont know what to do anymore.!!!! Wish I could give a zero rating.
