******* with no Service values

Ordered on the 3rd of may 2020 order number DFD***0. Money was deducted but no delivery or refund occurred. Today 6th May 2020 i have had money deducted and another order delivered without my consent Order number DFD***1. I have not used the app nor confirmed the transaction via my bank. How is it that you hack my account and process orders?
