******* and terrible service!

I placed an order with MrD on Friday, 23 July 2021. The restaurant did not receive my order however MrD deducted the money from my account. I contacted the restaurant and they had no order from MrD. When I called MrD, they said they had no payment. So I contacted my bank and the funds were already processed and sent to MrD. The bank had notified me that all funds get processed immediately when it’s to MrD. MrD has still not taken ownership or apologised and has not refunded me my money. I have even sent them proof from my bank account! Terrible service!
