<p>I went onto the Mr D app & placed an order for a pizza. The driver delivered did nother check which suburb he needed to deliver the pizza to & delivered the pizza to the exact same address in Milnerton instead of Thornton. I was then informed that they had cancelled the order & would not be delivering the pizza & that I would not be refunded. This is theft, the onus should be on the driver or someone from Mr D to check on the suburb before hand. I have posted my complaint on Facebook & the last response I received was about 30mins ago stating this would be looked into & nothing since. I would not recommend this service to anyone & will be taking this matter further. This is completely unacceptable. Very unhappy due to very poor customer service. </p>
