They take the money out your account before the restaurant even confirms your order. Good luck getting your refund back

Wife and I used their app a few times to order food. Sometimes it was seemless, other times it was a nightmare.

After this, we are never using them again. 16 Oct around 9pm we decided to order some food from Mr.Delivery. We placed our order and got an SMS from the bank saying the money has left our account. The app said Mr.Delivery is still waiting for the restaurant to confirm the order. 2 minutes pass and the app notified us that the restaurant could not confirm the order in time and that the order has been cancelled. What about our money? Y'know, the money that left our account BEFORE the restaurant even confirmed the order... Apparently it has been refunded. I'm typing this 5 DAYS later, and we are still waiting for the refund. I've emailed and called Mr.Delivery, being told that it takes 1 - 5 days for the refund, and they even sent me a Proof Of Payment confirming the refund and that I must take it up with my bank. Bank says they cannot see the transaction.

Long story short - They take your money before the order is confirmed, then make it a run around to get your refund. Don't bother with them
