They stole my money without an order

I wanted to order from the app and was met with an error that the server is down. A few minutes later double the amount was deducted from my bank account and no order was placed on the app. So they took double the amount for an order but never logged an order, I paid them for nothing. And guess what, the phone number given to call only rings and rings and rings. I logged a complaint by my bank for the transaction and through their ****ty website.
