They stole my money and gave no feedback

I ordered food on the 2nd of November. I used the OZOW option to pay, according to my bank notification and bank statement, the order went through. But I didn't receive the order. I emailed them trying to enquire when I should expect to receive my refund and i got 5 people asking me the same darn question and me sending the same thing over and over and they went quiet. I'm never using their terribleservice again. They are *******. I should've stuck to the other popular delivery service. Lesson learned!
