They ruined my birthday plans

It was Monday, 14/08 my birthday I decided to take half day leave, I planned on doing nothing. When I clock off, I decide to order myself a meal via Mr. D app. The time was 12:58 with the EDT being 13:45. At 14:01 I wrote to Mr. D via Twitter to find out what was happening coz the meal hadn't even been collected - not reply. I tried calling their head office more than one, to no avail. I than, via Twitter requested this order be cancelled and my eBucks fully refunded because I had mad an alternative plan for lunch, no reply, no answered calls. The driver collected the food only at 14:45 to which I told him I had requested the order be cancelled because this was 3 hours later. Its Thursday, the 17th today and still no word about 'my refund, even after I have made numerous attempts to make contact with Mr. D.
