They have such bad reviews that they don't even care anymore

Ordered food and sitting waiting for delivery, eventually looked on the app as the order was cancelled because the driver could not deliver No-one phoned me, messaged me, hooted at the gate - nothing Now I have to wait for the reversal of the money and the poor restaurant has to take back the food
