Theft

After finding out my order was canceled, I went to the restaurant personally and the manager of the restaurant confirmed they had given my order to the driver. And the driver was ignoring messages and calls from the manager. This matter constitutes as theft. And we are still awaiting Mr D to investigate the matter as we have called numerous times but have not received any feedback on what or how the driver will be dealt with.

As a paying customer, we are very unsatisfied and now do not wish to use Mr D as which other drivers can just walk away with our orders without facing reprocutions. As far as we see this matter.. it is theft and we await a response urgently. If not we will be logging a complaint with our attorneys against Mr D as well as the Drover involved in the Incident.
