The worst service in the WORLD!

I am utterly disgusted in the lack of service I received from MrD today. I placed an order, the restaurant called me and told me I need to cancel the order on my side because they don't have Ice-cream (Classic Mac Donald's service delivery, also pathetic if you ask me). I call MrD as there is no option for me to cancel the order on the app, the agent calls the restaurant and can't get through to them, requesting me to call them myself??? Biggest load of BS I has ever heard, I call the driver to have him fail the delivery and then the agent gets the option to cancel the order. She credits my wallet. I advised her that I want my money back into my account because I will NEVER be making use of MRD's ********** services again in my life, then she tells me it makes up to 5 business days to get my refund??? What a joke!!! No food, no money back and I'm still hungry, MRD thank you for the most disgusting service I have ever come across!!!!
