The principle of transparency is lacking

I ordered MR D late one evening and a driver and a passenger showed up. While normally, it's not something that I always find alarming but I am female and found it strange that this was the method of delivery. I did not collect the food but a male friend collected it outside and said he was shocked when the vehicle had 2 occupants to make the delivery. I then contacted Mr D to ask them whether it was a car or bike that was supposed to collect my Delivery just to confirm but they responded that they cannot divulge this kind of information. In a time when crime is rampant, transparency is expected. This manner of lacklustre answering and transparency is why I have deleted my account because of your low level of accountability for my uncer*****y.
