The most useless courier EVER

I don't know why [URL Removed] uses these people!!<br> <br> Last week (11 Oct 2015) they were supposed to deliver a parcel to be by 15:00. They arrived just after 16:00. To make themselves look good, they **** on the delivery time on the tracing report and said they delivered at 14:18.<br> <br> I was supposed to receive another parcel on 17 Oct 2015, but they never pitched up. After having to reschedule my delivery for the following day, they said I'd have my parcel before 13:00 on 18 Oct 2015. I called them at around 11:30 to confirm delivery and they said the parcel had been sent back to their Rosebank branch.<br> <br> Had I not called it would never have left the branch! They then promised me that they'd deliver the parcel before 13:00. It's 14:35...I still don't have my parcel.<br> <br> I have yet another delivery for Friday 20 Oct 2015 which I'll probably never see :(<br> <br> As long as [URL Removed] uses Mr. Delivery, I'm afraid I won't be shopping with them anymore
